Fusion Computer Service Centre was established in 2007. What started as a small computer repair shop in Kuala Kangsar has grown into a full-service IT solutions provider, serving customers across Perak and beyond.
Over 18 years, we've evolved from handling hardware repairs to representing enterprise-grade software like SQL Accounting, UniPOS, and FeedMe POS — while staying true to our roots: fixing computers and solving IT problems for real people and real businesses.
Our founder, Ken Ooi, built the business on the principle that IT services should be honest, transparent, and genuinely helpful — not full of jargon and hidden costs.

Ken Ooi
With deep roots in Kuala Kangsar and over 18 years in the IT industry, Ken has seen technology evolve from bulky CRT monitors to cloud computing and AI. He founded Fusion Computer with a simple belief: businesses deserve IT support that actually works and doesn't talk down to them.
Our Team
Han
Lead Technician — Han handles the technical heavy lifting: hardware diagnostics, repairs, network installations, and on-site support. He's the person who shows up when your server goes down on a Saturday.
Chloe
Accounts & Administration — Chloe manages the books, customer accounts, and day-to-day operations. She's the voice you'll hear when you call our office and the friendly face at our counter.
